This paper describes two optimization problems (OMi) for the solutions of a system of so called moment inequalities and two corresponding problems (OCi) of optimal control to systems, whose state functions are represented by the control parameters and functions in a source‐like manner. A set of resolvent relations for the optimal solutions of (OMi) and a number of maximum conditions for the optimal solutions of (OCi) are derived.
