A novel scanning waveguide display is proposed and experimentally realized. The core component, an off‐axis reflective lens array with f‐number of 0.75, is fabricated by photo‐alignment technique combined with cholesteric liquid crystal. The system has a diagonal field of view of 100°, exceeding theoretical limit of traditional waveguide displays.
