Abstract The spectrum of elementary excitations in a ferromagnet with weakly bonded impurity spins is considered in the region where the phonon frequency ω k j coincides with or is close to the excitation energy of the impurity atom spins |ω 0 |. It is shown that when the magnetic impurity concentration is high enough the coherent resonance magnetoelastic interaction occurs of the phonons with the low‐lying quasi‐local spin excitations which appear near the weakly bonded impurity spins. The result is that in a general case (2 S + 1) branches of the bonded collective impurity magnetoelastic excitations are formed in the resonance region ω k j ≈ |ωw 0 |( S is the spin of the impurity atom).
