Abstract Practical guidelines for obtaining the optimum results in quantitative FT NMR spectroscopy through the use of the convolution difference resolution enhancement (CDRE) method are given. Use of the optimum parameter set diminishes the errors in the integral intensity and the line position measurements caused by poorly resolved signals.
