Unions have designed questionnaires to determine whether or not there is enough employee dissatisfaction with company policies that they might be susceptible to an organizing campaign. Below is one survey a union used. Note that this is not a survey taken after employees have expressed an interest in the union by signing cards. Rather, it is designed to help the union decide where and whom to try to organize, whether it is worthwhile initiating or proceeding further on their organizing activity.
