Back Cover : A visible light mediated thiol‐acrylate photopolymerization scheme is used to synthesize hydrolytic and proteolytic degradable hydrogels with controllable crosslinking and degradability. The utility of this hydrogel is demonstrated through in situ encapsulation of Huh7 hepatocellular carcinoma cells carrying YAP reporter gene.
