Predictions regarding the in vivo behaviour of 153 Sm, 166 Ho and 117m Sn containing radiopharmaceuticals were made using speciation studies. The speciation of the metal ion and ligand of the radiopharmaceutical in blood plasma was calculated using the ECCLES computer code. Predictions were verified by clinical observations as studied in animals.
