The alpha emitter, Bismuth‐213, ( 213 Bi) T 1/2 = 45 min, obtained from an 225 Ac generator, was chelated to DOTA‐biotin in high radiochemical yield and specific activity. The radiolabeled product showed good radiochemical stability and was used in preclinical therapy studies using a pretargeting format.
