The mechanisms‐based glycosidase inhibitor 2‐deoxy‐2‐[ 18 F]‐fluoro‐β‐mannosyl [ 18 F]‐fluoride was synthesized and its covalent binding to Agrobacterium β‐glucosidase was demonstrated in vitro .
