The preparation of [ 15 N]‐ and [1‐ 13 C]‐2‐naphthylamine and their conversions into [ 15 N, 15 N′]‐ and [1,1′‐ 13 C 2 ]‐2,2′‐azonaphthalene

Specifically labelled [ 15 N]‐2‐naphthylamine and [1‐ 13 C]‐2‐naphthylamine have been synthesized with approx. 99% label abundance. The correspondingly highly‐enriched, doubly‐labelled 2,2′‐azonaphthalenes have been made.
