Photocycloadditions of pteridine‐2,4,7‐triones to alkenes are described. Irradiation of the pteridine‐2,4,7‐triones 1a–b in the presence of electron‐deficient and neutral alkenes 2 gave the azetidines 3–11 through [2 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of the carbon–nitrogen double bond of the pteridine‐2,4,7‐trione to the alkenes in a regiospecific manner.
