The International Space Station (ISS) verification challenge was developing a process that ensured the verification of lots of requirements for a very complex system. The ISS integrated verification process was developed to provide a disciplined engineering approach for the verification of the ISS specification requirements and to provide a traceable archive of verification data needed to sustain ISS operations. The ISS integrated verification process has proven itself to be a tried and true structured process that can be adapted to any type of simple or complex system.
