Humans (individually, on teams, and in organizations) can follow simple processes to increase their probability of success. Many people, both technical and non‐technical, have recently described processes for doing diverse things like designing a system, reengineering a company, teaching a course and solving personal problems. This paper illuminates the amazing similarities in these processes.
