We verified the possibility of the use of graphene oxide (GO) as a hole‐injecting material for organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs). The performance of OLEDs with a GO hole‐injection layer (HIL) is comparable to that of conventional devices with a poly(3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS) HIL. We expect that GO can resolve the intrinsic problems of the common solution‐processable HIL material, PEDOT:PSS.
