Solution‐processible outcoupling structures and metallic grid/nanowire based electrodes were fabricated by spin coating, spraying, and transfer process. Outcoupling structures, such as scattering layer from titanium dioxide(TiO 2 ) nanoparticle, corrugation pattern from a mixture of silicon dioxide (SiO 2 )/TiO x sol, and polymeric microlens from patterns of convective self‐assembly of nanoparticles, were optimized and enhancement in the light extraction at phosphorescent OLEDs was evaluated.
