Blue PHOLEDs with interfacial mixed layer (IML) were fabricated to observe their electrical characteristics. IML was composed of mCP as host material in EML and 3TPYMB as electron transport material with phosphorescent blue dopant of FIrpic. PHOLED with IML were improved 41% of current density and 35% of luminous efficiency comparing to PHOLED without IML.
