We achieved operationally stable white OLEDs with an EML fabricated using a self‐layered technique. LT50 of more than 10khr at an initial luminance of 1000cd/m 2 was obtained by 1) suppressing exciplex formation between EML and ETL, 2) preventing Li diffusion into EMLs, and 3)applying dopants with shallow LUMO level and stable host materials.
