Abstract We fabricated the organic light‐emitting diodes (OLEDs) having enhanced optical efficiency with nano‐sized stripe auxiliary electrode. It could supplement the shortcomings of micro‐sized that while maintaining the high optical advantages. We can simply deal with the parameters of nano‐sized auxiliary electrode by conjugating the conditions of laser interference lithography (LIL). The demonstrated process can be also easily acceptable to mass production of the large area OLEDs applications.
