Passive Matrix Organic Diode is restricted to it's passive driving method, so the screen size and resolution is hard to be larger because of the brightness reduce with the row numbers. But PMOLED has simple fabrication process and less material cost compared to TFT‐LCD and AMOLED panel. In this paper we deeply research the design of PMOLED panel, and finally we found a creative method to make the PMOLED panel larger and with higher resolution. Use our creative met hod we finally made a 3.5 inch PMOLED panel without bezel on right and left side, and so it can be scaled to make larger PMOLED with higher resolution.
