We propose a memory‐in‐pixel (MIP) circuit to reduce the power consumption of liquid crystal displays (LCDs). With the property of ferroelectric TFT (FeTFT), a simple structure with low operating frequency is achieved. Its feasibility is confirmed by SPICE simulation.
