We have demonstrated that carrier injection and transporting can be fine‐tuned via gradient p‐ and n‐doping in organic light‐emitting diodes, and device performance is significantly improved. To get smoother transporting and simplify the fabrication process, a novel nonlinear cross‐fading doping profile in transporting layer has been developed.
