We have prototyped a 3.0‐in. VGA OLED panel containing low‐temperature single‐crystal silicon (LTSS) TFTs on a glass substrate and having six terminals for connection to external circuitry. The good ON characteristics of LTSS TFTs allows the use of the serial video signal, reducing the number of signals from external circuitry.
