We present the development in solution‐processed metal oxide TFTs for 12.1” WXGA (1280xRGBx800) TFT‐LCD demonstration. The spin coating technology was introduced to deposit the metal oxide semiconductor film. The highest saturation mobility of the solution‐processed metal oxide TFTs is 1.09 cm 2 /Vs, and the electrical reliability is also discussed in this work.
