We have developed an outcoupling solution for OLED based on scattering high index layer. We demonstrate an increase of the efficiency by a factor 2 together with low dark currents on large, white, standard OLED. These results have been obtained thanks to an optimization of the scattering properties of the layer and a careful work on the surface quality.
