The optimal viewing distance (OVD) of high resolution autostereoscopic 3D mobile display is obtained by using flexible liquid crystal display, which is thin and light‐weight. In this article, two types of 3D‐display are proposed by 10.1 inch plastic switching cell and 4.3 inch plastic parallax barrier, respectively.
