Single‐crystal 6,13‐bis(triisopropylsilylethynyl) (TIPS) pentacene organic thin‐film transistors (TFTs) were fabricated by ink‐jet printing with bottom‐contact structure. Direct printed organic single crystals were obtained using selective surface energy modification and mixed solvent system. The ink‐jet printed organic single crystal TFT showed field‐effect mobility as high as 1.7 cm 2 /Vs with post solvent annealing process.
