Non‐symmetric phototunable chiral compounds (1a, 1b) were designed and synthesized, which exhibited high helical twisting power (about 60um −1 ). The materials tuned the colors for the entirely visible light region from 450nm to 670nm with high color stability and good NTSC. Single layer full color cholesteric display can be generated by the chiral compounds.
