QualServe and Partnership: Restoring confidence through quality

This article discusses how and why AWWA developed a program supported by a partnership of organizations, named the “Partnership for Safe Water” (PSW), and spearheaded research for and ultimately backed the development of a program called “QualServe.” The article provides a summary of how each program is organized and the benefits that utilities receive from participating in the programs. The article states future goals and how the programs will achieve those goals.
