With the increase in financial, technical, and other administrative problems, the need for a management training course presents itself. One such training course, at Clemson University, is explained in part of a joint discussion given on May 20, 1969, at the Annual Conference, San Diego, by John H. Austin, A. E. Knutson, K. W. Cosens, and F. M. Clinton.
