This month's question concerns compliance issues for small systems with the Stage 2 Disinfectants/Disinfection Byproducts (Stage 2 DBP) Rule and the Long Term 2 (LT2) Enhanced Surface Water Treatment Rule. Compliance deadlines are discussed, along with training opportunities offered by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA), AWWA, and other organizations.
