Distribution system crews for the Charter Township of Plymouth in Michigan had to carry around a large assortment of tools to clean out manholes and other compacted areas. This simple hand tool, made with readily available materials, is a waterworks “Swiss Army Knife” that solves multiple problems with its multi‐positional, multi‐length ability.
