Intelligent solution: A facile solution‐based method is developed to fabricate high‐efficiency CuIn(SeS) 2 solar cells. Low‐cost copper(I) oxide, indium hydroxide, carbon disulfide, and butylamine are used as the starting materials and used to make the precursor solution. A high conversion efficiency of up to 10.1 % for CuIn(SeS) 2 solar cells is achieved without anti‐reflection coating.
