Abstract The article provides a basic definition of conflict coaching and overviews the use of the “conflict” and “coaching” concepts within both the conflict resolution and executive coaching communities. The author proposes a comprehensive conflict coaching model and concludes with advantages of conflict coaching for the conflict resolution field.
