The Cover Feature highlights that chiral small organic molecules with rigid π‐systems are the most promising candidates with rational design for novel circularly polarized luminescent (CPL) materials. Quantitative analysis on absorption and luminescence dissymmetry factors ( g abs and g lum ) of the π–π* transition provided key empirical information.
