The present case report refers to the percutaneous treatment of severe left main stem stenosis as a consequence of proliferative in‐stent restenosis of left circumflex coronary with retrograde involvement. A reverse mini‐crush technique with 2 stents was described. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
