The informational value of 13 C‐ 13 C coupling constants has hardly yet been exploited, because they were extremely difficult to measure in molecules with 13 C in natural abundance. Use of the “incredible natural abundance double quantum transfer experiment” method improves the situation. The combination of this method with an effective pulse sequence for proton decoupling now permits routine measurement of J ( 13 C, 13 C).
