In epitaxial transition metal oxide thin films, the interfaces always play critical roles in controlling the physical properties. Xiumei Ma and co‐workers reveal the atomic bonding and chemistry of self‐assembled V 2 O 3 and MnO nanopillars embedded in (LaSr)(MnV)O 3 thin film matrix by using atomically resolved electron microscopy and spectroscopy in article number 1700225 .
