Facing lawsuits from all the states and others, Mallinckrodt last week filed Chapter 11 to resolve opioid‐related claims, as well as other claims. Its businesses, including operations for opioid use disorder (OUD) medications methadone and buprenorphine, will continue to supply products to patients and customers.
