In this paper, we propose and evaluate a novel algorithm for performingspectrum sensing on linear modulations based on second-order cyclic features ofthe received signals. The proposed approach has similar computationalcomplexity to that of energy detection and outperforms energy detection andother sensing schemes such as Eigenvalue based sensing in the presence of noiseuncertainties for a given value of the probability of false alarm.
