Objective: To compare the effect of dynamic soft tissue mobilisation and Mulligan traction straight leg raise in increasing hamstrings flexibility by active knee extension range of motion and passive SLR. Research design: Pre test and post test structured, comparative study design. Participants: Sixty healthy asymptomatic subjects were taken aged 17-30 years from SVNIRTAR, Olatpur Cuttack, Odisha. Outcome measures: Active knee extension and passive SLR. Results and conclusion: Mulligan’s traction straight leg raise and Dynamic Soft Tissue Mobilization improved active range of knee and passive straight leg raise range of motion in normal individuals. The improvement of control group was not clinically significant.
