Cette réflexion est l'aboutissement d'une recherche sur un groupe de migrants en France, d'une pratique de formation auprès de professionnels de l'action sociale et psychoéducative en milieu migrant, et de recherche sur ces pratiques de formation (CohenÉmérique, 1984, 1986; Malewska-Peyre, 1988). Elle est le résultat d'un va et vient entre théorie et pratique, centré sur l'interaction entre populations migrantes et agents chargés de leur insertion en France: travailleurs sociaux, psychologues, personnel paramédical, enseignants et formateurs. (L'interaction est définie ici comme un processus d'échanges qui, par la communication, permettra aux interlocuteurs de s'influencer réciproquement.)This study is the outcome of research carried out on a migrant group in France, of training experience with social work and psychology professionals dealing with migrant communities and of research focused on these training experiences (Cohen-Émérique, 1984, 1986; Malewaska-Peyre, 1988). It is the result of many experiences in the worlds of theory and of practice, all of which revolve around the interaction between migrant populations and the agents responsible for their integration in France, namely social workers, psychologists, paramedical personnel, teachers and training professionals. Interaction here is defined as an exchange process which, through communication, ensures reciprocity
