Bu calismada, terapotik ve cesitli tibbi alanlarda yayilma faktoru olarak kullanilan, glikoteknolojik uygulamalar ve suni tohumlamada onemli derecede etkili sigir testis hyaluronidazi (BTH: bovine testicular hyaluronidase) uzerine yem ve gubre sanayisinde sikca kullanilan bazi kimyasallarin in vitro etkileri arastirilmistir. BTH, amonyum sulfat cokturmesi yontemi ve afinite jeli (Sepharose-4B-L-tirozin-m-anisidin) kullanilarak saflastirilmistir. Saflastirilan BTH enzimi uzerine Fe2SO4, C2H4N4, K2SiF6, CH2N2, CH4N2O ve Indol-Butirik Asitin inhibisyon etkileri belirlenmistir. Bu kimyasallar icin IC50 degerleri sirasiyla 7.097, 5.775, 6.854, 5.317, 4.617, 4.265 ×10-2 mM olarak bulunmus ve arastirma sonucunda, IC50 degeri 4.265×10-2 mM ile indol-butirik asit (IBA) en guclu inhibisyon etkisi gosteren yapi oldugu tespit edilmistir.
