The paper deals with factors which hinder or urge psychological treatment of perpetrators of criminal acts suffering from schizophrenia if they are under "oath". It means they must not speak freely as they could reveal state, military or official secret. In literature these people are described as patients under oath. Freud was the first to treat one of such patients and he managed to cure him mentioning he would not recommend him to anybody. In the process, hindering or urging factors relevant to the patient, his environment (family and profession) are analised as well as the factors depending on the doctor. The persons studied in this paper might under certain conditions by a court decision be sent to a mental hospital for treatment or be allowed to get treatment at liberty.
