Este estudo foi desenvolvido na Floresta Nacional de Acungui, municipio de Campo Largo, Parana, com o objetivo de conhecer a composicao floristica e a estrutura fitossociologica do componente arboreo. Foram instalados 6 unidades amostrais de 20 x 100 metros (2000m²), perfazendo um total de 1,2 ha. Foram incluidos na amostragem todos os individuos arboreos que apresentavam, no minimo, 40 cm de circunferencia do tronco, a 130 cm do solo. Foram identificadas 65 especies pertencentes a 31 familias botânicas, uma densidade total estimada de 683 individuos/ha, area basal de 30,1 m²/ha e altura media de 10,2 m. A Matayba elaeagnoides (Miguel Pintado) foi destaque na estrutura da vegetacao estudada, com 132 individuos amostrados, resultando numa densidade relativa de 16,1%, frequencia absoluta de 83,3%, frequencia relativa de 3,0%, e dominância relativa de 15,1%. O indice de diversidade de Shannon foi de 3,48, evidenciando que o fragmento apresentou elevada diversidade floristica. Abstract This study was developed in Acungui National Forest, Campo Largo city, Parana State with the aimed to know the floristic composition and the phytosociologic structure of the tree component. Six unit plots of 20x100m (2000m²) were established, totaling 1,2 hectares. In the sampling, all the tree individuals with a minimum of 40cm of stem circumference at 130cm above ground were evaluated. A total of 65 species pertaining to 31 botanic families were identified, which means a total density of 683 individuals/ha, basal area of  30.1m²/ha and average height of 10.2m. The species Matayba elaeagnoides was prominent in the structure of the studied vegetation, with 132 individuals sampled, resulting in a relative density of 16.1%, absolute frequency of 83.3%, relative frequency (FR) of 3.0%, relative dominance of 15.1%. The Shannon diversity index was 3.48, demonstrating that the fragment has a rich floristic diversity.
