For the citizen to evaluate a public service needs to have access to information, not surprisingly, the issue of transparency has gained more expression. In this context, based on the analysis of the indicators of municipalities that have quality certification in the Intermunicipal Communities of Coimbra and Viseu Dão Lafões, it is intended to assess whether those that are certified have better results in terms of administrative and financial performance than the Which are not certified.
