Uma das principais economias da regiao do meio oeste catarinense e o reflorestamento do Pinus sp ., muitas tecnologias vem sendo desenvolvidas para a sobrevivencia dessa especie, tanto em viveiro como a campos. Portanto, o objetivo desse trabalho foi avaliar a fitoestimulacao de isolados de fungos ectomicorrizicos como Pinus taeda sob diferentes concentracoes de cobre com o diagnostico do crescimento, diâmetro, altura, taxa de mortalidade e micorrizacao das mudas em viveiro. As mudas de Pinus taeda foram inoculadas com os fungos ectomicorrizicos USFC-36 ( Cenococcumgeophilum Fr .), USFC-72 ( Rhizopogon sp .) e USFC-113 ( Suilluscothurnatus Sing .). Conclui-se que os fungos auxiliam as mudas em relacao altura, diâmetro, diminuicao na taxa de mortalidade das mudas. Assim, esse estudo visa a utilizacao de fungos associado com Pinus sp. em areas contaminadas com metais pesados. Therefore, the objective of this work was to evaluate the interaction of ectomycorrhizal fungi isolates such as Pinus taeda under different concentrations of copper. The seedlings of Pinus taeda were inoculated with the ectomycorrhizal fungi USFC-36 (Cenococcum geophilum Fr.), USFC-72 (Rhizopogon sp.) And USFC-113 (Suillus cothurnatus Sing.) and were tested for copper tolerance along with control, the growth, diameter, height, mortality rate and mycorrhization of the seedlings were evaluated. It is concluded that the Fecm aid the seedlings in relation to height, diameter, and decrease in the survival rate of seedlings.
