This paper aims to present an advance on obtaining a biosynthesis product of a crop of Paramecium caudatum, its crystallographic characterization and its physical characterization. This work refers to the procedure of collection of samples, transport, cultivation, identification of cell diversity including individuals of the genus Paramecium, its feeding with Saccharomyces cerevisiae, the daily count of the crop, its exposure to cryotherapy, the obtaining of the crystalloid substance, its crystallographic characterization, its physical characterization, and its chemical characterization. With whose process it is intended to leave established the method of obtaining a substance that by its effects could be developed as a possible drug, given its anabolic properties in plants and animals; which will serve as research material in future biological tests. The importance of the cultivation of Paramecium caudatum, was presented in the past Congress of Research and Innovation, where it was exposed the usefulness of the technique of cultivation of Paramecium caudatum using as food Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Mentioning that this crop could be used to feed fingerlings in aquariums. This time highlights the importance of the cultivation of Paramecium caudatum as a source of obtaining an active ingredient obtained by biosynthesis by submitting the crop to a cooling process.
