Since 2017, we have been witness to “sex scandals” in Hollywood. This article doesn't call into question the aggressors' presumption of innocence, but it focuses on the damages that does to the personal rights to one's own image and reputation of women (celebrities) in the film industry. Rights in contradiction as it has been seen from Europe will be compared. Rights like image, dignity and physical integrity, reputation, personal and family privacy, honor, and their balance with the right to communicate will be explained using the concentric circles theory.
