A study of turbulent scales on a non permanent flow is presented. We are particularly interested in grid-generated turbulence under wave-current interaction. Spatial correlations, measured by Laser Velocimetry, provide us a way to estimate integral scale. A singular phasis treatment method is developped and applied. We are also able to de scribe the evolution of integral scale versus wave phasis. Results show that it is a periodic function which frequency is twice as the waves' one.
