Актуальность статьи обусловлена активизацией миграционных процессов на территории Республики Татарстан за последние 10-летия и анализом трудностей адаптации детей мигрантов к российской системе образования. Наиболее уязвимым и несовершенным аспектом современной системы адаптации мигрантов в российской школе является диагностика и сопровождение детей-мигрантов, а также школы в котором обучается данный ребенок. Наиболее проблемными зонами российской системы работы с мигрантами является отсутствие комплекса диагностики адаптации детей-мигрантов и их психолого-педагогическое сопровождение.Авторы определяют необходимость реализации системного подхода в проведении диагностики адаптации детей-мигрантов и их взаимоотношений в классном коллективе. Не выявленные вовремя трудности детей мигрантов являются потенциальным источником рисков и опасностей, как для самого ребенка, так и для всей системы образования. Целью данной статьи стало апробация метода экспертных оценок в диагностике адаптации детей-мигрантов. Авторами исследования представлен опыт применения метода экспертных оценок в диагностике адаптации детей-мигрантов в российской школе с учетом основных агентов адаптации – родителей и педагогов. В статье даны рекомендации по внедрению данной методики в практику начальной школы, выявлены и проанализированы возможные трудности проведения диагностики методом экспертных оценок. he relevance of the article is due to the intensification of migration processes in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan over the past 10 years and the difficulties of adapting migrant children to the Russian education system. The most vulnerable and imperfect aspect of the modern system of adaptation of migrants in the Russian school is the diagnosis and support of migrant children and the school in which this child is trained. In our opinion, working with migrant children would be more successful if there could be realization of a systematic approach in diagnostic work. The difficulties of migrant children that are not identified in time are a potential source of risks and dangers for both the child and the entire education system. It is important to choose diagnostic methods that can provide a systematic approach. The purpose of this article is to test the method of expert assessments in the diagnosis of adaptation of migrant children in the Russian school, taking into account the main agents of the child's adaptation – parents and teachers.
